Weekly Wednesday Yoga at The Kampong Garden with Sam Reynolds

Practice yoga in the ultimate refuge from city life. Classes are held every Wednesday at 9:30am at the Kampong in Coconut Grove. 

This 60-minute gentle vinyasa class combines movement, relaxation, and meditation. Kampong flow classes are calming flow practices that link basic yoga postures in a purposeful sequence incorporating traditional sun salutations and balance poses. This class is perfect for yoga beginners but works equally well for anyone looking for a gentle alternative to a stronger vinyasa flow class. You'll always be given the option to keep it mellow or to make the practice more challenging with variations, such as crow. Suitable for all levels.

The first class is complimentary for Kampong of NTBG members in February. Regular rates of $15/$25.
